Day 5 – Yoga

Obviously if you are a follower of my social media or blog, this will come as no surprise to you. There’s nothing to say other than I simply love yoga, practicing on my own or teaching. I love the calm, the exploration, the challenge, the movement, the stillness.

Yoga is an essential self care practice for me!
