Online Yoga Classes with Amy Blythe

The aim of all my yoga classes is to move the body and still the mind. A combination of postures that create flow and movement, whilst lengthening and strengthening the body. I try to make all classes accessible for all levels of experience. Balancing the body, the breath and the mind.

My Wednesday 9.30am class is a slower paced class. No downward dogs. Just breathe and move gently.
