I am happy to offer you two great options for you to enjoy yoga and relaxation classes with me. There is something to suit everyone.

My Yoga Membership give you access to all my online classes available during the month. (See my timetable here.) The only exclusion is the monthly Friday Yin session; everything else is included! As well as my live classes, you will also have access to my yoga library. Where you can practice yoga with me on demand.

The Yoga Library currently contains ten practices for you to choose from. Each month I will add new classes to the Library. The length of the practices vary from 10 minutes to 60 minutes; you can choose a yoga flow, a yin session or a relaxation class. Choose your practice to suit your emotional and physical needs.
