Mindfully Me Wellness Retreats
Mindfully Me Wellness Retreat is a six hour self care retreat, designed to give you time out from the chaos of life, and to allow yourself complete focus on you and your wellbeing both physical and mental.
It’s difficult to find time to give to your own self-care; the combination of family, work and life commitments sometimes mean you are at the bottom of your list. It is my hope that your time at this retreat will give you that self-care time as well as giving you ideas to take away, and use as part of your daily life.
Located at Hunger Hill Yurts, in their lovely studio space, surrounded by stunning East Devon countryside which provides a calming and natural backdrop to the retreat.

Number of places is limited to 10 per retreat, to allow for a more personable experience
There is plenty of on-site free parking
What to bring:
- Blanket/pillow for relaxation
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Warm clothing/socks for relaxation
- Water bottle
- Yoga blocks/bolster (only if you already have them)
- Eye pillow (optional)
