Let me introduce you to one of my favourite coaching and growth tools. The Wheel of Life. This is a simple and effective practice to establish your level of happiness within different life areas, and to identify where you might have gaps in certain areas of your life. It can with a little work help you create a more balanced life.
Here’s what to do;
Take each life area and score your happiness/contentment with that part of your life from 1 to 10.
1 being unhappy/not where you want it to be
10 being its exactly where you want it to be.
Any life area that you score 6 or under shows a gap or an area that you might like to look at in more detail.
You could ask yourself ”what needs to change for this life area to score higher?”
