Body Scan

Indulge in a 25 minutes body scan. Taking time to rest and be still. Blankets and eye pillows at the ready. Be aware….I don’t bring you round, so you might want to set an alarm if you need to be somewhere! Enjoy.

Evening Relaxation

This 40 minute session combines breathwork and a guided relaxation. One for the evening for sure! Blankets, warmth and quiet will make this a blissful experience!

Mindfulness – 45mins

Each year the 10th October is World Mental Health Day. So this recording is inspired by that! We have 45 mins of mindfulness. A body scan, breath awareness meditation and some daily mindfulness tips you can apply.
