Wellbeing can’t wait.
These three words hold an important message. We simply can’t put off looking after ourselves until tomorrow. My wellness coaching sessions aim to give you time and space to focus on what you require and desire to achieve the best physical and mental wellbeing possible. My role is to listen, guide, support and empower you. There is no blueprint to wellness, we are all individuals. By introducing practices and habits used with my other clients and that I use myself, I will help you find what works for you.

We will address the pillars of wellbeing; exercise, nutrition and sleep. We will look at my pillars of self-care; nourishment of the body, mind and spirit, movement of the body and finding what makes you feel good inside. We will also explore mindset, movement, breathwork, journalling, your environment.
The coaching will be tailored for YOU, using only what resonates with YOU and empowers YOU to take control of your overall wellbeing. We’ll address how to implement these self-care and wellness practices into YOUR daily life making it achievable and easy with a little awareness, discipline and consistency.
Sessions are currently run via Zoom. Each session is either 30 minutes or 60 minutes.
It’s important to know that the sessions are flexible in the wellness topics covered, but our time together will always be to suit you. If that means a session of yoga or talking things through then that is just fine! I will always signpost you to the correct place if I am unsure of how to help you.
Allow yourself time and space to plan how you are going to work with your wellbeing, permission to implement the ideas and then prioritise your wellbeing. Remember it can’t wait and you are worth it.

Wellbeing in the workplace is hugely important, even more so post-pandemic! Many people gained more time to give to their wellbeing during lockdown. I believe this is a vital time to ensure that these positive wellness habits aren’t lost as we start to return to the office.
Providing a monthly Wellness Clinic within a company allows employees to have that time and space to explore how they’d be able to improve their mental and physical wellbeing. Maintaining and creating good habits to ensure a better work life balance, work place performance and self-esteem. Time that the company has given to the wellbeing of employees.
