Day 7 – Mindfulness
In this busy world we live in, we are often functioning on auto-pilot, rushing to the next thing. Mindfulness is a lovely way to slow everything down.

“Joy comes to us in ordinary moments. We risk missing out when we get too busy chasing down the extraordinary”
Try really noticing what’s around you. Actually see a flower. When you shower notice how the water actually feels on your skin. Really taste the bar of chocolate, notice how it makes you feel.
Making some of your daily tasks more mindful is quite simple and effective when it comes to reducing anxiety and stress.
Maybe try completing one daily task more mindfully, it might make washing up a nicer experience!
