Day one – RUNNING
Running is a no brainer self-care practice for me. It’s a stress reliever, provides thinking time, keeps me fit, gives me a challenge and regardless of whether it was a perceived good or bad run; I always feel better afterwards.
Being outside running is the best for me; the fresh air, the scenery (I’m super lucky to live where I do!) and noticing things you don’t see when you are driving. It’s good way of getting to see a new place as well. I just need my trainers and a bit of motivation: self-care done!
